CDS Health Room
- All prescription and over-the-counter medications must be kept in the Health Room and dispensed by the school nurse (See Self-Carried Medication for exception).
- Required forms must be filled out for all prescription, over-the-counter, and self-carried medications (found in CDS app or Family Portal under Resource Documents).
- Students with chronic health conditions requiring emergency medication MUST provide a backup supply to store in the Health Room (See the Health Room Handbook for details).
