Tamyka “Tee” Shell has been immersed in basketball for most of her life. She played varsity basketball all four years at Ronald W. Reagan High School and competed in AAU basketball with the Winston-Salem Steelers, where she also began her coaching journey.

Coach Tee continued her playing career at Lynchburg College before transferring to North Carolina A&T State University. While at A&T, she worked with the athletic department as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. After graduating, she completed a season-long internship at Elon University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Coach Tee served as an Assistant Coach for the Lady Cougars during the 2024 season.
