Darryl Crouch
Head CoachDarryl is a native of North Carolina who now calls Winston-Salem his home. After graduating from Winston-Salem State University, he began a career and planted his roots right here. After college, he was gifted a set of golf clubs and found himself having to learn a new sport. This worked out well as he began entertaining customers and participating in company and customer golf events. Darryl also served as a lead golf coach for the First Tee of the Triad for five years, which included completing the level one golf training for the program.
After completing college, he began a career in the CPG industry. After a career in sales traveling the southeast US handling several key customers, he retired after over 35 years with the Kellogg Company. He is now embarking on his second act. He has coached middle school basketball at Calvary Day School and also led an upper school advisory group. He also frequently serves as a substitute teacher at the school. He has said it is his ministry to serve, teach, coach, and mentor young students and student athletes.
Darryl is married to wife Felicia and has two sons Grayson, who graduated from Calvary and Cameron, who is a currently in high school at Calvary.
