Arts

Welcome Lance Gaskill as our new Fine Arts Director! Lance grew up in Florida, and graduated university from Oberlin College Conservatory of Music in Ohio. His 30 years of diverse experience have placed him in front of school bands, professional orchestras, choirs, worship bands, marching bands, and jazz bands developing an acclaimed reputation as an engaging educator, conductor, and musician. Gaskill's years of serving on pastoral staffs, Christian schools, public schools, and community organizations combined as the Lord led he and his family to serve on the mission field in Rwanda from 2011 to 2018. Lance and his wife Jen have three grown children, Grace, Adam, and Miles. Lance and Jen are excited to move back to this area (presently in Minnesota) close to family and where they met and lived for many years in High Point. Lance began the music program at Wesleyan Christian Academy in High Point and served as Fine Arts director through the 1990's.
