Upper School Service Project

Upper School Service Project
  • Featured News

On Friday, November 14, a group of our Upper School students stepped beyond campus and into our community to learn more about the impact of Blessing Boxes throughout Winston-Salem. Students spent time discovering what items are most helpful to stock, where these boxes are located in the city, and how they serve neighbors in need every` single day. With this knowledge in hand, they headed to local grocery stores, purchased essential items, and personally restocked several community blessing boxes.

This was a timely and meaningful project — meeting a very real need in our community while allowing students to serve with compassion, initiative, and generosity. We are grateful for their servant leadership and the chance to point to Christ's love in our community.
