The 5th and 6th grades (130+ students, teachers, and volunteers) traveled to YMCA Camp Hanes for a day-long spiritual and team-building retreat. Students enjoyed paddling canoes, tried their hand at archery, explored the water cycle, and handled animal bones and pelts to see God's magnificent design and order in creation. Students gathered for a time of worship led by Gene Francis, the Worship Pastor from Reynolda Church, and Neil Hatfield preached a message about King Josiah's boldness for God from Second Kings.
