We were grateful to welcome back CDS alumnus Josiah Winters (Class of 2021), who returned to campus to share his powerful testimony and the life-changing ways Jesus Christ has worked in his heart. Josiah spoke at Upper School Chapel with authenticity and conviction, giving students a glimpse into how his faith has grown and been refined since his time at Calvary.
Drawing from his experiences on mission trips to Brazil, Malaysia, and Costa Rica, Josiah shared how God has used each opportunity to stretch him, deepen his dependence on Christ, and broaden his perspective on what it means to live out the Gospel. His stories highlighted both the challenges and the joys of stepping out in faith and trusting God in unfamiliar places.
Josiah left students with a clear and compelling challenge—to be bold in their faith and intentional about sharing the Gospel in their everyday lives. His message served as a meaningful reminder that God can use anyone, anywhere, to make an eternal impact when they are willing to follow Him.
